Job description:
As a Performance Marketer you will work within the KAAI marketing team, an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. You will be driving KAAI's brand marketing campaigns and ECOM exclusive campaigns with a digital focus. Your role involves overseeing all interconnected digital touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence.
We are looking for a self-driven personality who can create digital campaigns and make use of digital channels to engage with consumers, driving brand growth, revenue and retention. With a digital marketing background, you will contribute to a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture at the core, turning your insights into productive initiatives for increased performance.
Your mission and responsibility
- Strategically develop and implement digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and achieve sales targets across various channels.
- Take ownership of executing paid social, display, video, and shopping campaigns, ensuring their success and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and optimize live campaigns to guarantee proper delivery and optimal KPI performance.
- Manage comprehensive e-commerce product launch and campaign calendars, leading impactful launches of both product and brand campaigns across the digital marketing landscape. This involves ensuring clarity in strategy, objectives, KPIs, production deliverables, rollout, and overall planning and execution.
- Define successful end-to-end customer journeys throughout the digital marketing funnel.
- Keep a pulse on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to enhance overall campaign results.
Your Story
- You have 2+ years of experience in a Campaigning position connected to Digital Marketing with bold and creative ideas.
- Strong knowledge of Google, Meta, Bing, native advertising, TikTok
- A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and web shop environment Shopify+
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment handling multiple projects
- You are self-motivated and driven to embrace new challenges and committed to continuous learning
- Mother tongue in Dutch with strong verbal and written English skills.

They are responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel.
